Versus Technologies LLC. We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. This refund policy covers the circumstances under which Versus Technologies LLC, DBA Kopy. may in its discretion give refunds, and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Free Trial

  • All new customers are eligible for a 3-day free trial to experience our service.
  • The free trial period begins as soon as your account is activated.
  • Payment details are required to start the free trial.

2. Subscription Charges

  • After the completion of the free trial, you will be automatically charged the subscription fee for the selected plan, unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis, as per the plan selected by the customer.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal, provided the request is made in writing to our support team.
  • No refunds are provided after 7 days following the initial purchase or renewal of the service.
  • Refunds are not available for partial months or unused portions of subscriptions.
  • No refunds will be entertained for accounts that are terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Refunds will not be elegible if the charge is one-time as an addon product.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund
